Who we are

Vesper Cine (package com.theawesomeray.vespercine) is a video camera app for Android. This policy explains how the app handles your information. Contact: ray.vibecoder@gmail.com.

Permissions the app uses

• Camera: to show the viewfinder and record video.
• Microphone: to record audio with your video. Audio is captured only while you are recording.
• Storage / media access: to save your recordings to Movies/Vesper Cine on your device.

On-device processing

All image and audio processing (RAW development, colour, noise reduction and encoding) happens locally on your phone. Your video, audio and images are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

Data we collect

We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play. We receive no payment details. Google's own privacy policy applies to those transactions.

Your files

Recordings stay on your device under your control. Uninstalling the app does not delete videos you have already saved. You can delete them at any time from your gallery or file manager.

Children

Vesper Cine is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
